How quote limits & overages work
Clear limits, no surprise bills.
- Lite includes 10 quotes/month. Reach the limit and you'll be prompted to upgrade; existing quotes keep working.
- Starter includes 200 quotes/month. Beyond that, additional quotes are $0.50 each, capped at $100/month - so a heavy month never produces a surprise bill.
- Professional and Enterprise include unlimited quotes.
- A “quote” counts when a request is created.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Lite plan is free forever and includes up to 10 quotes per month with the full quote-to-order workflow. Paid plans add volume and features and include a 14-day free trial.
How long is the free trial?
14 days on all paid plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). During the trial you get full access, so you can evaluate the features you're considering.
Are there per-quote fees?
Only on Starter beyond its included volume: 200 quotes/month are included, then $0.50 per additional quote, capped at $100/month. Lite has a monthly limit; Professional and Enterprise are unlimited.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade at any time. Billing is handled through Shopify.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on every paid plan.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. QuotWay works on standard Shopify stores. Shopify B2B features (Companies, Locations) on the Enterprise plan require a store with B2B enabled, such as Shopify Plus. Payment terms such as Net 30 work on any quote, on every plan, with no B2B needed.
Which plan includes the API and webhooks?
Enterprise. The QuotWay REST API and outbound webhooks are included on the Enterprise plan ($199/month), and a store on the 14-day free trial can use both. If a store moves to a lower plan, its API keys and webhook endpoints are kept but paused until it's back on Enterprise.
What happens to my data if I cancel or uninstall?
Your Shopify products, customers, and orders stay in Shopify. QuotWay supports Shopify's data request and erasure webhooks, and you control quote-data retention. See our Privacy Policy.
