What QuotWay is
QuotWay is a B2B quote and negotiation app for Shopify, built by EFOLI. It lets merchants add a Request a Quote button, hide prices for B2B and wholesale buyers, negotiate with versioned proposals and counter-offers, route approvals, and convert accepted quotes into Shopify draft orders.
Buyers request a quote from your storefront or their customer account - guests included. You respond with a versioned proposal, counter back and forth until both sides agree, and the accepted quote becomes a real Shopify draft order with the negotiated prices. Invoicing, payment, and fulfillment all stay in Shopify. There’s no separate system to sync and no CSV export.
QuotWay works with standard Shopify stores and with Shopify B2B - Companies, Locations, and payment terms - and detects which mode your store supports automatically.
Why we built it
B2B quoting got stuck in the inbox. While B2C checkout became one tap, business buyers still email for a price, wait for a reply, and chase a quote across a thread nobody can find later. Prices drift, follow-ups slip, and there’s no record of who agreed to what.
We think B2B quoting should be as smooth as B2C checkout - structured, fast, and trackable, without losing the back-and-forth that real deals need. That’s the gap QuotWay fills: it sits between “just use email” and “deploy a $50,000 enterprise CPQ,” giving Shopify merchants the negotiation depth and approvals of a heavyweight tool, priced for a merchant and connected to the store data they already run.
What makes it different
QuotWay is built around negotiation, not just a request form. Most quote apps stop at “submit a form, reply by email.” QuotWay gives both sides a real, round-by-round negotiation engine - and a record of every step.
Negotiation with versioned proposals
Each round is captured as an immutable version - line pricing, discounts, shipping, expiry - so you always know what was offered and agreed. Buyers counter from their account or the buyer portal; you counter back within your floor price.
Two-sided approval workflows
Route quotes for sign-off automatically - on your team’s side and the buyer’s organization. Multi-step policies, with parallel and conditional routing on Enterprise.
Native draft-order conversion
An accepted quote becomes a real Shopify draft order with the negotiated prices locked in. Accept a whole quote or just selected lines, and split one quote into multiple orders. When you uninstall, your Shopify data is still your Shopify data.

We describe what QuotWay does, plainly - no inflated claims and no features we haven’t built. Where something is on the roadmap, we say “coming soon” rather than imply it ships today.
