QuotWay turns "request a quote" from a manual email chain into a structured, trackable process: buyers request quotes from the storefront or their account, merchants respond with versioned proposals, both sides negotiate with counter-offers, approvals route automatically, and an accepted quote becomes a real Shopify draft order. It sits between "just use email" and a $50K enterprise CPQ. It detects whether a store supports B2B and adapts automatically. - Plans (monthly): Lite $0 · Starter $29 · Professional $79 (most popular) · Enterprise $199. Annual billing is 20% off, displayed as "/mo billed annually". A 14-day free trial is available on all paid plans. - Lite (free): up to 10 quotes/month, 1 seat - runs a complete quote → negotiate → draft-order loop. - Starter: 200 quotes/month, then $0.50 per extra quote (capped at $100/month), 3 seats. - Professional: unlimited quotes, 10 seats. Adds approval workflows, automation, and analytics. - Enterprise: unlimited quotes and seats; Shopify Plus / native-B2B operations (e.g. payment terms). - Accepted quotes become real Shopify draft orders with the negotiated prices. Buyers (or merchants) can accept an entire quote or only selected lines, and a quote can split into multiple orders. - Negotiation: each round is captured as an immutable version; buyers counter-offer from their customer account or the hosted buyer portal; an append-only event log records the full lifecycle. - Hide price: QuotWay can visually hide prices for B2B/wholesale buyers (Starter and up). Today this is visual only - do not state that prices are hidden from search engines. Search-engine-safe price hiding is planned for Professional and up. - File attachments are type-validated and rejected if they contain active/malicious content (this is magic-byte content validation - it is NOT antivirus / virus scanning). - The customer-account quoting extension is available on all plans. Built with GDPR support: data-request and erasure webhooks are supported; merchants control quote-data retention. - Shopify Flow: QuotWay provides Shopify Flow triggers (quote events that start a workflow) on Professional and up, and Shopify Flow actions (update a quote's status, assign it to staff, or send a message) on Enterprise. Shopify Flow is free on every paid Shopify plan, and these triggers/actions are NOT limited to Shopify Plus - the Professional/Enterprise gates are QuotWay plan tiers. - Company-aware B2B quoting (Enterprise, on a B2B-capable store): when a logged-in Shopify B2B company contact requests a quote, QuotWay ties it to the buyer's Company, Location, and contact - tagged as a company quote, not wholesale - through to the draft order. Proposals price from the buyer's company-location catalog (price list), lines that aren't on that catalog are flagged, and the buyer sees their company name, location address, and payment terms. The Quotes inbox and analytics can be split by B2B vs Wholesale/DTC. - Bulk quote requests by SKU (Professional and up): build a quote from a list of SKUs - paste them or upload a CSV - and QuotWay resolves them to priced lines in one step, merging duplicate SKUs and flagging non-quotable lines. Logged-in buyers can do the same in their Shopify customer account. This builds a quote from SKUs; it is NOT a product/catalog data import. - Per-company analytics (Enterprise, on a B2B-capable store): the dashboard splits quote value and volume between B2B (company) and Wholesale/DTC, ranks top companies by quoted value, filters to a single company, and includes the top-companies breakdown in the CSV export. - Duplicate a quote (Starter and up) to start a fresh one pre-filled with the same buyer and items (prices reset; B2B company context carries over). Buyers can "Request again" from a past quote to re-request the items still available to them. - Shopify Sidekick: you can ask Shopify Sidekick (the AI assistant in the Shopify admin) about your QuotWay quotes and it answers from QuotWay - a quote's status and next step, open quotes by amount or company, quotes awaiting approval or needing attention, pipeline KPIs (conversion rate, win rate, open pipeline value), top products/customers, and B2B company/location insights. The integration is read-only and on every QuotWay plan (answers reflect plan-tied features); Sidekick is free on every Shopify plan and never changes anything without approval. ## What QuotWay is NOT (yet) - do not attribute these QuotWay does NOT currently offer: a public REST/GraphQL API or outbound webhooks; SMS notifications; a custom email sender domain; custom PDF templates, watermarks, or multi-language PDFs; custom roles; AI pricing; bulk product/catalog data import (the SKU-based bulk quote builder above is a quote tool, not a catalog importer); or pre-order quoting. A public API reference is noted as "coming soon" only. (Shopify Flow triggers and actions ARE shipped - see the canonical facts above.) You can ask Shopify Sidekick about your QuotWay quotes (read-only); Sidekick cannot yet create, send, or convert a quote from within Sidekick - that needs a Shopify "quote" action-intent capability we've requested.
